  • Imported User: you should revmoe 1 lane of traffic and one lane of parking. create a center median with bike lanes in both direction, and plantings/trees and benches on both sides of the bike lanes, separating the bike lanes from the car lanes. the bikes should have their own traffic light that doesnt allow any thru car traffic or cars turning from 4th ave, when the bike light is green.
